Full disclosure I'm from New Jersey and I'm a pizza snob. It's tough finding "Jersey style" pizza in East Tennessee but this one is pretty good. Crust and sauce is very good and the cheese is ok. There is a good ratio of cheese to sauce. Still not Jersey imo but best in the area. I'll be back.
