Owner/manager Lisa lied. Booked us in the party room, took our $100 deposit then when time came she apparently gave the room to her a friends and left us out in the open dining room to have a business meeting and Christmas party. Place has turned into one giant rip off since she became involved. Our organization brought nearly 1000 customers there after a fund raiser a couple of years ago but I can guarantee it won't happen again. We will patronize a Knoxville establishment in the future. At least they are honest and don't take deposits under fraudulent pretenses.
