The food was enjoyable, though it didn't quite reach exceptional levels. Takeout service was efficient, and the flavors of the beef and broccoli were pleasing with a balanced sauce. The lo mein was well-prepared, not overly oily, and the attention to vegan preferences was appreciated. The staff, from order takers to delivery personnel, displayed warmth and professionalism throughout the experience.
