Not consistent unfortunately. When our orders are correct, it is a smash hit.
Past few orders have been wrong. Odered brisket w/ slaw, received a coleslaw sub. Hook & ladder ordered fully involved, yet received some dried out meats & nothing else sub. Often the subs are already soggy by the time they arrive home, being about 25mins after purchase.
Made properly, so damn satisfying. Have to break up now though because the odds of receiving what we ordered are slim.

Unfortunately we had a very bad take out experience. I ordered two steak and cheese sandwiches. One sandwich with only steak and cheese. They just forgot the cheese is all. I also ordered one with mushroom only but they put onion and peppers on it instead. So I call back and repeated my order to them three times. Went back and picked up my order. They still put peppers and onions on it again 🙄. I called them back and they were some what rude to mean for complaining. WARNING... Check your order before leaving!!! I have read other posts about this same issue.
