We ate dinner this evening at the Lenoir City location. The food was very good as usual ,but the inside temperature was very cold. We asked the server to have the heat turned on (or up). She returned ans said the Manager said the temperature was controlled by "Corporate".

We had to eat with our heavy coats still on. That's very unfortunate. There are plenty of other places to eat in a comfortable setting. We won't be going back.
