I visited a charming establishment that abides by some peculiar liquor laws, offering only bottled beer due to local regulations. The bartender was exceptionally friendly, and the prices were quite reasonable. The ambiance was welcoming, with regular patrons displaying kindness towards newcomers, although the presence of smoke was a slight drawback.
