I was saddened by the death of Mr. Amato and the closing of his wonderful restaurant.The proprietor Mr. Joe Amato,was an awesome personality and chef.His recipe for Zuppa di' Pesce was absolutely,positively the best!My Wife and I shared our first real date at his establishment and Zuppa di' Pesce was our choice of the menu options.Mr. Amato himself served us,He said "I had to come and see whom it was that ordered the Zuppa,I don't have many people order it,I hope you enjoy!"And that we did,it became our Anniversary date night after that.Now,we have not the opportunity to enjoy this great place.We will forever miss Mr. Amato,and his wonderful Restaurant.

Omg.I miss this place,I think about it every day,I miss it,and mando,if you're reading this,I love you so much,my favorite waiter,you're like a brother to me,and I think you're so adorable.I love italian guys!Anyway.Oh,this place,made me who I am.I now speak italian because of this ristorante.Bambini!This place has inspired me to accomplish anything in the culinary world.Everything on their menu was excellent,they even had a great cheeseburger.And they're italian!I love the people who owned this restaurant,I do,they're like a family to me.They have given me a love for food that even I can't comprehend.I loced i here,but its gone....no its not,I promise amatos,I will avejge them,you'll see...you'll all see,I'll have the best italian restaurant around,and on my chefography one day,I'll say,I couldn't have done it without amatos.Ciao,love you guys<3
