If you like cold food and managers who don't care--this is your place! It's called ElToros now. Go to Taco Bell! It's much better

It's called El Toros now. They had a billboard up advertising 15% off by meal. I had lunch and when I went to pay they said I was too early for the discount. Their advertisement did not say there was a certain time for the discount. Conveniently, there was not a manager available for me to talk to! This place is a RIP off. I pass through Dayton frequently but I will never stop here again
