This was my favorite restaurant. But the last time my husband and I were there the service was terrible. The place was empty and it took 45 minutes to get our meal which arrived cold. The waitress didn't seem to care and was busy on her phone the minute she served us. We will not be back.

Went with a group on Thursday night with a group of 15
Restaurant not very busy
Took 1 1/2 hour to get food
I had chicken fried steak, my husband had the ribs, the couple across from us had the chicken and a steak
The chicken fried steak, ribs and chicken where so salty they were uneatable. The steak was like shoe leather.
The waiter was nice but could not keep up with the amount of people in our group and the other wait staff did not but out much effort to assist him, to busy in their own conversations
The manager did comp our meals but l will NOT return or recommend you go to THE BLAcK EYED PEA
