Ordered food at 6:10pm on a Wednesday night January 21st, 2015 and was told it would take about an hour to be delivered. As we ordered our food and asked questions about certain items, the manager asked us "do you want the food or not we have sh-t burning?". At this point, we should have known better than to go ahead with the order in the first place. However, we were hungry so we decided to take our chances on this restaurant (if you can call it that). So, we went down to the office at the our cabin rental office to pick up our food at 7:10pm, which was one hour after ordering and still no phone call to say it was on the way. We waited about 10 minutes and I called to check on the order and the manager said the food was on the way and the driver should be there in about 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we called again to check on the status of our order and we were told that he should be pulling in any second. 15 minutes after this we called once again to check on the status of our order and we were told that the driver was being driven around by his girlfriend ("sketchy") and that he was sitting in the parking lot. I then informed the manager that we have been sitting in the parking lot for about 45 minutes and he was definitely not there. She said she would give him a call and he would be there ASAP. After waiting 10 more minutes with no call, we called her back for the final time and asked her if it was going to be delivered tonight or not. She then responded that he was once again pulling in and he was still nowhere in sight so we cancelled our order and she simply replied "ok" in a pleasant voice, as if we were annoying HER. Please do not order from this place!! We had the worst experience ever and they did not care at all!!! After all was said and done we had waited almost 2 hours for a taco salad and spaghetti and never got anything.
