my grandfather would drive from malesus tennessee to ed shaws when i was a kid growing up.my grandmother asked the waitress once if she could have the recipe for the cole slaw,answear was no! that was back in the 1950s. great memories and great food.i live in illinois, but will always remember ed shaws.
