We have had great service in the past from Jimmy Johns and are frequent customers. I called for a delivery and the manager told me they do not deliver to my neighborhood although they have done so many times in the past. The kicker is that we only live 4.2 miles away. When I brought this to his (todd's) attention, he told me that they limit their delivery to a 3 mile radius and was incredibly rude. Horrible customer service and they will never again have my business. It only takes one bad manager to turn a lot of customers off.
