Ordered $50 of food for lunch at 1:15pm, an hour and a half later ...no food. After an hour I used Uber Eats for another restaurant to get food because I had to get back to work. After I finished my meal from Uber Eats I checked the status of my Jimmy Johns purchase and it still said "Out for delivery". I called to cancel and told them I wanted a refund and they said "OK. You'll get the refund in 3 to 4 days" then hung up. No explanation, no resolution, and no apology. So I spent $50, which they received instantly as it came out of my bank account instantly, but I never received what I paid for, and it will take 3-4 business days to get reimbursed, for something I never received. Again, no explanation, no resolution, no apology. I understand that Jimmy Johns locations are franchised which conviently alleviates liability from the corporation but an entity is only as strong as its weakest link. Customer service is dying, and we as consumers deserve better as we work hard for our money, and don't deserve to be treated like this

This restaurant has the BEST food. The service and people are extremely friendly and helpful. They are always pleasant and poliite. I absolutely love the Beach Club. The ingredients they have are always fresh and wonderful. They get an A+ in my book.
