As a Uber driver for Uber eats, it is not our fault if the customer fails to complete the order or cancels, but tonight was the worst experience I've ever had, we were told we had to pay for a order WE DIDN'T MAKE when the customer canceled,and like anyone would have, we refused. They cussed us out, told us to leave and never come back and chased us outside. I will never recommend this place, and the wait time is ridiculous, not to mention the cooks in the back never wear gloves or anything

Normally I love ordering from this place, however this evening is possibly the worst customer experience I have ever had. Their delivery man working on 10/22/15, refused to take my full address while taking my order, stated 45 min delivery, an hour later decides to call my phone and my home doesn't have service coverage, then texts my phone that he has no way of knowing is a cell phone that I must now pick up pizza. I admit I was a bit aggravated at this point but ok. My mother then drives all the way there to be told that the pizza has been taken out for redelivery, another aggravation moment but ok fine. My mother gets back and asks me if the pizzas here. Of course, it's not so we call back. It's at the restaurant..... You know what, just refund my money and let's call it a night? The guy cops an attitude, tells me that I HAVE to drive back to get it. Ummm excuse me? The manager is in Georgia for the week so nothing can be done. If nothing can be done, then you shouldn't be open. Rest assured sir, I will post this EVERYWHERE that allows a posting and I WILL be speaking with the manager if I have to stop by every day until I see him. XD. Pizza place plus please make this right and don't let this individual represent you?

My family had a similar experience, missing items, and burnt crust. Don't think well try them again anytime soon.

The food was great a few years ago...
Now yuck !! Ordered a pizza recently, always hoping it would get better. Never again. I called to let them know that it was sooo well done AGAIN. The crust & cheese was so brown on the outside the kids wouldn't eat it , the saucewas burnt & still mushy inside. We got a "Sorry, no one else complains" !!!
Never AGAIN. Bye bye Pizza Puck

ordered food at 6:00 at at 7:00 pm when it arrived they forgot both salads the hot wings were dried out and not hot my 4 yr old got chicken fingers and regular fries the fingers were burnt and the fries were not done when my husband called to complain the person on the phone got smart with him the delivery guy was rude. It was a very bad experience we will never order from there again and we always order so they are missing out on lots of business.I am so disappointed i will also recommend my friends not to order from there period

We go to Pizza Place Plus every-time we visit sevierille for a short vacation. They have great food, and great service every-time I go there. It's a mom and pop place, run by family with 3 children. Great Place. Love it.

Place a home delivery order at 6;00pm....still waiting on a completed order to be delivered. They forgot our two liter of Pepsi. Its now 10:00pm.. Received 2 spaghetti dinners, which were so well done that they both had a burnt layer of crust on top of each portion. Garlic bread was over heated,a little hard throughout....Almost uneatable.....Wings were wings. they were OK....Their excuse for their lousy service was that they were a little busy tonight....What does that mean? Is this their only excuse for poor customer service. I called them back for the third time just a little before 10:00pm to ask for the remaining part of my order and was told once again that the pizza boy was on his way.....I betcha I won't be ordering from Pizza Place Plus in Kodak, Tennessee again and I will let others know about our experience....

We have eaten at Pizza Place Plus the past 4 years. We have always gotten teriffic pizzas and subs. This is a mom-pop opertation putting out top notch service and some of the finest crust I have ever tasted on a pizza, they make their own dough.

The owner and his wife run a top notch business. I can't get them to open another Pizza Place Plus close to our home, so we travel 48 miles roundtrip knowing the service and food will always be tops, price and portions are nice as well.
