I've been living in Texas for 4 years and often pass by Freddy's Frozen Custard without trying it. Curiosity got the best of me today, so I decided to swing by the drive-thru to see what the hype was about. The staff member, Timothy Cooper, went above and beyond to explain the dessert options, showing a level of patience and friendliness that is sometimes rare in customer service. The made-to-order steakburgers are always fresh and delicious, with crispy edges that add a nice texture to each bite, making the few extra minutes of waiting completely worth it.
