The food at Mexico Express is consistently good, and the service is friendly. While prices have increased slightly, it's understandable given the current economic climate. Despite occasional busyness, the wait times are manageable, and the quality of the food makes it worth it. The fajita nachos and green chicken enchiladas are personal favorites that I always look forward to when dining there.
