The quaint, minimally decorated building, painted a reddish color, stood on the corner of the main drag, once an old gas station. The friendly waitress took our order for omelets, hash browns, and toast, providing a good, affordable breakfast experience that wasn't exceptional but satisfying for our journey. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service quick, and the food fresh and plentiful, making it a worthwhile stop on our drive even though dessert was missing from the menu.
