The last 2 times I have called and tried to place an order I have been put on hold for over 5 minutes with no one coming back on the line to say anything. I was told both times that there was only 1 person there and today I was told that it would be over an hour before they could even take my order. This is in the lunch hour and you cannot tell me that there is only one person working. I believe the service at Dominos have gotten horrible. After I was told that I called Pizza Hut and placed my order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. If in fact Dominos only has 1 employee working the cash register, taking orders, and cooking they really need to make some changes.
