During a recent visit to Eagle Lake, my husband and I stumbled upon the Kountry Bakery, a familiar spot from our journey through Schulenburg. Delighted to find their Eagle Lake branch, we indulged in dewberry and lemon kolaches, a treat we had missed out on earlier. The kolaches were delicious, the staff was friendly, and the bakery was impeccably clean. We look forward to returning during our future trips to the area.
