I recently visited Smiley's Craft BBQ in Roanoke, TX, and it was an absolute delight. The chopped brisket sandwich I had was incredibly flavorful, and the brisket beans with jalapeños were a spicy and delicious side. The open cafe atmosphere and outdoor seating made it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal, and I will definitely be returning for more of their amazing BBQ.
