I ordered the shrimp enchilada plate and they were able to make it without cheese. The sauce was full of flavor and the portion size was generous. The charro beans and rice were also delicious. Another person in our group got the chicken quesadilla plate and it was a large serving with tasty items. The service was friendly and the prices were reasonable. I chose this restaurant because it offers the most extensive and varied menu among the Mexican restaurants in Pleasanton, and it lived up to my expectations. The breakfast at El Rancho never disappoints, and today I enjoyed the Jalisco omelette which was delicious. Whether you're in the mood for tacos or a traditional breakfast, this place has it all. The wait staff is friendly and the rice is the best I've ever had. I always love ordering the pork chop plate, but honestly, everything on the menu is fantastic. It's a great spot to bring the family, and they even offer delivery to most areas in town, making it convenient for a hot meal during a busy workday. The Mexican food here is authentic and delicious, with excellent service and a friendly atmosphere.
