The brisket at Birds BBQ was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the homemade sides like coleslaw and beans complemented it perfectly. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, and after chatting with the owner, it's clear he takes great pride in serving up some of the best BBQ around.
