I don't know why I keep thinking this place is going to get better. A brand new building was just opened for the Commerce Chicken Express, but the food is still poorly done, the price is outrageous, and the service is slow. I do not see HOW this unit is still open?

My family, which includes a 5 year old and a 1 year old, got raw chicken strips. We called & over the phone the manager told us that the chicken was done. Not sure how you would know that if you can't see the chicken. Long story short, I called what I thought was corporate. I won't go back, but thought they might care so no one (especially children like mine) get sick. I spoke with Nancy Staurt - apparently the owner. She didn't care and was rude. I can't believe a company that's expanded so much could leave themselves so negligent! All I wanted was "We'll check the friers" or something to that effect. Beware of the raw chicken!
