02/04/2021 - Had to wait to long
I placed my order online and let them know I had arrived at 5:44 and was waiting for my order. Email indicated the order would be ready at 5:54p. At 6:10 I called to check on my order and was told it was not ready. At 6:25 I go inside and was told they were out of the dessert I had ordered and asked if I wanted another dessert. They had my email and my cell phone number. Why did they not contact me? After waiting 10 more minutes I was on my way.. There was no apology and my order was COLD. I'm sorry I added the tip online. Worst to go service ever!
