Tonight my family ordered pizza and I've never been more disappointed. We got 2 pizzas and 2 feta spinach bread, when we picked it up they only gave us one. They said they couldn't give us a refund on one item. Now that's ridiculous. Not only they're customer service sucks, they don't even know how to cut a pizza.

Domino's got our online order completely wrong TWICE yesterday and then seemed annoyed when we corrected them... not our fault you didn't read the order correctly the 1st time....

I ordered pizza from the Jacksonville, Texas location on 1--21--2017. I had ordered shortly after the Dominoes opened because I have always liked their pizza. The pizza was over--cooked and not good. I put this off as to just opening and not quite organized.
The pizza I ordered today was not edible. A waste of money. Extremely salty......to salty to eat and extremely greasy. A 16 inch pizza with a couple of bites out of it and the rest thrown away. I had to remind them I had a 2--liter drink and then they did not put the garlic sauce I paid for in the order.
I will not go back.
