If you're in Belton, be sure to try Ernie's; I've been enjoying their food since the late 90s. The fried chicken is incredibly flavorful and moist, and the breakfast tacos are a must-try with their crispy bacon and delicious hot sauce. Despite the divey atmosphere, the consistent quality keeps me coming back, and I can't wait for my next visit.

ive eating here since i was a child it's beltons best kept secret the "Fat Ernie" breakfast burrito takes the gold above all others there kind people who love doing what they do
