I can overlook getting most of the order wrong and not applying the coupon to the order. I can overlook the poor attention to detail and indifference. I CANNOT overlook the rudeness and being made to feel like I am an inconvenience. If management doesn't get a handle on this ongoing issue, I suspect patronage to this location will decline. I'll never go back!
