Our room was cozy and tidy, with a nice mix of vintage and modern touches in the decor and amenities like a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. Check-in was a breeze and parking right out front was convenient. It was a bummer to find out the Drug Store Soda Fountain and Restaurant was closed, as I was looking forward to experiencing the old-timey charm and enjoying a Texas-style meal. Despite the disappointment, our stay was still enjoyable as we were able to relax and watch the Super Bowl in a comfortable setting away from our RV.
