The service and food at El Salto on Monroe St. were exceptional. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by two cheerful employees, setting the tone for a pleasant dining experience. The shrimp and tilapia combo with beans and rice was perfectly seasoned, and the portions were generous. The vibrant ambiance and authentic flavors made for a truly enjoyable visit.
