I lived nearby for a brief period and ordered takeout from this Indian restaurant three times; we never dined in. The dal makhani was delicious with its addition of fresh ginger, and the Chicken Tikka masala was also quite tasty. The naan was acceptable for takeout, although it didn't retain its freshness on the journey home, and the white rice was rather basic. Overall, this became our preferred spot for Indian takeout in the neighborhood, and I would definitely reorder if in the vicinity. My first experience with Lamb Vindaloo was unforgettable; although the portion seemed small initially, the flavorful sauce paired perfectly with the fresh naan, making it a filling meal that left me wanting more. The service was excellent, with the attentive gentleman consistently refilling our water without needing to be prompted, a gesture I always appreciate. The Chicken Tikka Masala stood out with its tender chicken pieces, onions, and green peppers, making it a must-try if you happen to be in the area.
