Having finally dined at Mercatto, located in the Mars building, I found it to be a great venue suitable for startups and events, with the Quattro Stagioni pizza offering an intriguing mix of flavors split into four distinct quadrants, each with its own delicious toppings, making for a memorable dining experience worth revisiting for the pasta next time.
