On New Year's Day, I visited a cozy little restaurant with friends, where the head chef skillfully prepared dishes in an open kitchen. The pan-fried dumplings, with their crispy skin and juicy filling, were a standout, and the friendly service made the experience even more enjoyable, despite the unwelcoming bathroom.
