Spiro has relocated downtown, and I anticipate his website will be updated soon. While I haven't tried the pizza with the new owners, I doubt they will offer Chicago-style pizza due to the labor-intensive process and cost involved. Spiro's dedication to sourcing the best ingredients and staying true to the art of pizza-making sets him apart as a true pizzaiolo, making his creations a must-try for authentic pizza enthusiasts.
