I'm afraid I must disagree with the demands of handling the meat with gloves! You either trust the butcher or shop somewhere else!!! Handling Poultry/pork of course you take care of different levels! GREAT PLACE, SHOP THERE FOR ALMOST 50 YEARS

The service is good but it's better if the employees handling the meat and serve customers use appropriate gloves for meat (food). As a customer who wants to eat that meat, I don't feel good when an employee touches the meat with bare hands.
