Worst customer service I have ever seen in North America. They always start kicking customers out of the store 20 minutes before the closing time in a very rude manner. I came today 25 minutes before the closing time and their employees stopped me and a bunch of other disappointed customers at the entrance of the parking lot saying that they don't let anyone in half an hour before the closing time. I don't care if I spend $20 more on my seafood purchase at Fortinos or Longos - I will try to avoid coming back to this store which treats customers like they are doing a huge favor for letting us in (like nobody else is selling seafood in GTA).
