I wanted to love this place. It's new in the area, looks quaint, great variety, but have to be honest with my review. First, it's a bit overpriced. Not too expensive to have once in a while, but not the price point that keeps me going there weekly/alot. A couple of combos and desserts to go was $70. The large protein +2 sides was $26 a tax. If this was at the $18-20 mark I'd be there 2x a week.
Second, both myself and my mother had to use the washroom after the meal. Don't get me wrong, everything was fresh, tasty, well made, but I think the plates aren't hot enough. We had a pasta side that had chunks of chicken in it, and I can tell it was sitting out since the pasta was breaking and overcooked, and like I said, just not hot enough to be sitting out all day.
I'm a bit let down, to be honest. But the cod was delicious I'll be back at some point, but not running. I hope they improve with time!
