I have such fond memories of Est West - it used to be in the food court at my school, OCADU. I loved going there for lunch and loading up a big salad with all kinds of delicious toppings from the bar, like tofu balls and glass noodle salad. Their tuna sandwich, with buttery lettuce, was also a favorite of mine. I was really bummed when they left the food court, but I'm glad to know they're still around. I'll have to make a special trip to visit soon!
