Ever stood in front of a traditional BBQ butcher shop eyeing a whole roast pig and thought, "Why not make that a reality?" Well, I finally did after a friend's birthday request sparked the idea, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. The succulent, crispy-skinned medium pig we ordered from this authentic shop was a hit at the party, easily serving 15 people and leaving everyone satisfied - definitely a must-try for any pork lover!
