I was really disappointed to hear about the closure. I wish I had the recipe for their gorditas - they were absolutely delicious and I still crave their bean chimi. It was such a special place in Tucson, with the best Carne Seca Burrito, Green Corn Tamale, and Grape Slush that I've ever had.
