Quixotic Coffee consistently delivers delicious drinks like the perfectly balanced mint mocha and the rich nitro cold brew, paired with friendly service and a cozy, well-lit interior that's great for both working and socializing. While parking can be tricky, biking is a great option thanks to ample bike racks and outdoor seating, making it an ideal spot to enjoy unique coffee flavors and a welcoming atmosphere right here in Highland.
