Volker's bakery is one of my favorite discoveries, particularly for their incredible streudel and fresh bread available at local farmer's markets. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and affordability of their baked goods, especially the Asiago Basil bread and Jewish Rye, which transported me back to my childhood. Even though I wish their products were more accessible, I will keep searching for them at markets because their bread truly satisfies my cravings.
