Mayflower Chinese is hands down the best spot for Chinese food in the area. The owners, a husband and wife with their child, are incredibly kind, and the sweet and sour chicken is unmatched. After a long day of exploring the Adirondack Scenic Railroad, we opted for takeout from Mayflower Chinese and were impressed by the delicious food and efficient service of the family-run establishment.

This place is your typical fast food chinese spot. The food is descent. My only complaint is the young kid (has to be around 11/12 y/o) that works there. He is EXTREMELY RUDE! When I order lunch from there on occasion, the people take my order with no problem and a smile on their face. If I go during the hours he is around (usually evenings and weekends), I have to deal with his rudeness. I think they make him take the orders b/c he speaks English more fluently. I prefer to deal with the older woman and man that work there as opposed to him.
