Bellingham is a lovely city, but when it comes to sushi, Seattle's offerings like sushi kashiba truly stand out. After some research, I discovered Hanako sushi in Surrey, BC, and it exceeded all expectations with its delicious nigiri. The intimate setting, attentive service, and mouthwatering dishes, especially the sablefish nigiri, make Hanako sushi a must-visit for any sushi lover.
