Fast and friendly service, perfect for a quick meal before catching a movie. The Pho was fantastic even after a 40-minute drive home, with plenty of meat and flavorful broth. Despite the slight letdown with the spring rolls, the ample portions and savory flavors make Kim Hoang a worthwhile stop in Surrey.
