I enjoyed a delicious sockeye salmon at Pajo's during an early visit before my kaiseki meal, and it was incredibly fresh and crispy. Later, I returned for some fish and chips while biking along the dyke, where I had the cod and chips; although the fish was a bit small, the crispy batter and hot fries made it worthwhile, despite some service hiccups.
