Whenever I swing by Vancouver, I make a beeline for Cherry to get my hands on their incredible rice cakes. They've got flavors that put the ones back in Hong Kong to shame, with the radish and taro cakes for Chinese New Year being the latest delicious addition. And let me tell you, the chewy mochi and shaved ice at @icybar always hits the spot - especially when you can customize your toppings to your heart's content.
