Denis Larouche is a fabulous chef, his soups and sauces pull together each of ten or more daily specials.
Best fresh ingredients treated with respect, never over cooked. And his wife Linda is an executive chef in her own right, making meals for occasions, desserts. Never a bad meal, never a bad dish. Fusion food that you can trust. Real food from a family, A french Canadian meets China. The best diner ever!
