The cookies at Blue Chip Cafe in the old SUB building were a delightful find over 15 years ago, with my favorite being the Marbelous cookie - a rich and decadent treat that was both crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. During my recent visit to the campus, I was thrilled to discover that they still offer the Marbelous cookie, which was just as delicious as I remembered, bringing back nostalgic memories of enjoying these delectable treats.
