I'm a huge sushi fan and have tried many spots in Vancouver, but this one stands out as my favorite. The $14.99 combo is a steal with generous portions and the white rice is unbelievably delicious. Sushi Aji offers a unique experience that shouldn't be compared to other sushi joints - it's a Chinese-run gem known for its affordability and big servings. I can't wait to go back for more tasty bites at this cozy neighborhood spot!
