I have multiple dietary restrictions, including celiac disease and lactose intolerance, so finding a bakery that caters to my needs is essential when I travel. During my visit, I sampled a variety of gluten-free and vegan treats, including double chocolate sprinkle doughnuts, a nanaimo bar, and potato rolls. The standout for me was the potato bread, which had a magical texture and flavor that left me wanting to try more offerings from the bakery. Overall, the selection of baked goods at this establishment was fantastic, with plenty of vegan options available as well.
